You can be a part of this year's community outreach day (formerly REVITALIZE)! The community outreach day is a collaborative effort to share important information and resources with Hartford residents. Join volunteers from your church and other participating churches to distribute resource bags door-to-door on Saturday, June 11 followed by a free celebratory lunch for all outreach groups.
