NEU Church Planting
RICH & SUSAN FULTON, once members of Wintonbury Church, joined the staff of Rhode Island based The Philip Center in November of 2006. They both came to Christ as adults and have a love for sharing Christ with others. Their ministry has expanded from evangelism training and equipping in New England churches to the development of two other ministries through The Philip Center, Summer OFF and NEU. Summer OFF is a parks based ministry that brings a VBS style day camp into inner city parks for 6 weeks every summer. Born from that program, NEU (New England Urban) church planting is a ministry focused on establishing and helping sustain gospel-centered churches in 10 of New England’s poorest urban areas.
